WordPress Maintenance

Our solution includes a next-generation Web Application Firewall (WAF) for proactive protection against hackers and bots.

This dynamic shield uses real-time threat data to block emerging attacks immediately, such as brute-force intrusions, malicious code injections, vulnerability scans, and other hostile tactics.

With continuous monitoring of global cyber threats, your platform stays protected even from newly discovered exploits. This keeps your data integrity and overall online security intact.

That depends on the plan you choose. If you want us to regularly add new content for you, we recommend at least our Performance Pro plan. If you prefer to request this service occasionally, we can handle that too — but note that it will be charged at our hourly rate. Our standard plan mainly focuses on technical site maintenance (updates, backups, monitoring, etc.). Feel free to tell us exactly what you need for content creation when you request a quote — we’ll tailor the best solution for you, with or without this service included.

All our hosting plans come with outstanding support. You can send your requests to urgence@anniebergeron.com and we’ll get back to you promptly during regular business hours.

Our qualified WordPress experts will analyze your situation and provide a personalized response quickly for optimal resolution.

Our support team is always available by email to offer responsive, tailored technical assistance.

Although WordPress developers strive to maintain high compatibility between versions, we can’t guarantee that major updates won’t create issues on your site. WordPress interacts with many other software components like your theme, installed extensions, and third-party plugins. Upgrading to a new version may unexpectedly cause conflicts or incompatibilities with some of these elements. Technical intervention may be needed to resolve issues and restore optimal functioning. A thorough analysis and testing process is crucial to identify and fix any failures before applying an update on your live site.

WordPress plugins are developed by many different authors and are frequently updated for two main reasons. First, every new major version of WordPress can bring changes and improvements to the system’s core, so plugins must remain compatible to work properly. Second, the open-source community regularly identifies security vulnerabilities or bugs in existing plugins. Updates fix these flaws and malfunctions. Keeping your plugins up to date ensures the best integration with WordPress and improves your site’s security and stability. Neglecting updates exposes your platform to technical failures and malicious attacks.

Web hosts’ policies on automatic WordPress updates vary greatly. Some hosting services include regular WordPress updates, while others leave this responsibility entirely to site owners. It’s essential to check with your current host about how they handle WordPress version management. Read their documentation or contact their support team to understand their exact update processes. Based on their answer, you’ll know whether they handle this critical task for your site’s security or if you’ll need to manage it manually.

For maximum data protection, we recommend setting up an automatic backup system that creates copies of your site daily. This high frequency makes sense because your site content typically evolves regularly — pages, blog posts, media, and user data. Performing a full backup every day ensures you have a complete, recent restore point in case of a major incident. Daily backups are the best rhythm for keeping your web platform safe.

Frequent backups are essential for several reasons. They protect you against the potentially disastrous consequences of unexpected incidents like malware infections or hardware failures. With up-to-date backup copies, you can quickly and easily restore your entire site to its previous state. This prevents irreversible loss of important data like content, settings, or client information. Regular backups are a vital safety net to preserve the integrity of your site and the sustainability of your online presence.

No — most web hosts don’t include plugin updates in their hosting plans. This maintenance task is the responsibility of the site owner or technical manager. Hosts generally focus on the hosting infrastructure (servers, storage, network performance, etc.) but don’t handle third-party software components like plugins. It’s up to you — or a trusted specialist — to keep your plugins updated, check compatibility, and safely install new versions. Don’t rely on your host for this critical part of site maintenance.

Graphic design service

Yes. Once the project is delivered, you own all rights to the final designs. You’re free to use them however you wish.

We don’t take on projects that involve illegal or discriminatory content, or projects completely outside our expertise (like heavy non-web development, on-site video production/shooting, or advanced 3D creation).

Monthly Plan (for ongoing requests): Perfect for regular needs (recurring visuals, small monthly requests). It’s ideal if you feel you need a designer on your team but don’t have the time to hire and train one.

Hourly Bank (3–5 requests per year): Ideal for occasional or more complex needs. The bank stays valid as long as you have time left.

If the final result doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll discuss it together and make the necessary adjustments.

We work with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Very large projects (full logo, complete visual identity, website mockup) are not included in the basic monthly plan. However, they can be done for an additional fee or through a dedicated hourly bank.

The average turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request and our current workload. For larger projects, delivery may take longer, but you’ll always get a clear time estimate upfront.

No problem! Just email us with the desired dimensions or tell us where you plan to use the visual, and we’ll take care of the rest.
